By using First., you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

First. is a requirements-first design tool. You write briefs, configure design systems, and generate components. We provide the platform; you own your content and outputs.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all briefs, configurations, and generated components. You grant us a limited licence to process your content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your work.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use First. for illegal purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to abuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of liability

First. is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
